Formed in 1995, Personnel Advice & Solutions Ltd have worked with a wide range of businesses to advise and guide their managers in a variety of general Personnel issues.

Our Consultants are fully qualified Members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Personnel Advice & Solutions Ltd:

• Currently provide regular Personnel advice and support to organisations throughout the UK.
• Are Fully Qualified and Chartered Members of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
• Are approved by Tesco to conduct Ethical Trading Initiative Audits – including Personnel, Health and Safety and other related management practices – of their food suppliers in the UK.

Chris started the business in 1995 providing interim management services to companies such as Corus, Royal & Sun Alliance, Brake Brothers, the NHS and various local authoroities.

Since 2000 the business has refocused its services to helping small to medium sized businesses who are struggling to keep abreast of the huge amount of new employment laws affecting them.

Currently Chris heads up a small team of HR professionals who provide generalist support and advice to a diverse range of businesses from PLC's to smaller Sole Traders.
